Cynthia B. Dash is Vice President and General Counsel for Matrix Financial Solutions Inc.; General Counsel for MSCS, LLC; Chief Legal Counsel and Vice President for MSCS Financial Services, LLC, member FINRA and SIPC; General Counsel and Vice President for MG Advisory Services, LLC; Chief Compliance Officer, Secretary and General Counsel for MG Trust Company, LLC; Corporate Counsel for Prima Capital Holding, Inc. and Prima Capital Management, General Counsel, Vice President and Secretary for Matrix Communications Technologies, Inc.
Ms. Dash was recently named " A Rising Star" in the 401k industry by 401k Wire in November, 2007.
Prior to working for MSCS, Ms. Dash was the Assistant General Counsel and Vice President for Matrix Bancorp, Inc. She also served as Corporate Counsel for CNAC, Inc., a privately-held finance company. Aside from her legal experience, Ms. Dash served as a District Vice President for Reliance Acceptance Corporation.
Ms. Dash received a B.A. from William Smith College and a J.D. from Pierce Law Center in New Hampshire. She has been a member of the Colorado Bar since 1995.
