RetireTool(k)it is a first-of-its-kind, web application that enables advisors to quickly and easily meet the demands of today’s customers.

RetireTool(k)it provides advisors, brokers, and TPAs with a open architecture tool that delivers an end-to-end solution, from fund selection and monitoring, investment policy statements, plan proposal and plan enrollments kits to quarterly and annual monitoring reports. Advisors can use the tool to select and monitor funds themselves, or hire MG Advisory Services to fill a co-fiduciary role with the plan sponsor.

RetireTool(k)it sits in front of a robust investment research engine, powered by Prima Capital, a leading provider of research, due diligence, and technology solutions for wealth management and financial services companies, providing the advisor with a tool that delivers best-of-breed manager selection, ongoing due diligence and reporting. The process begins with asset class and fund selection mandates for the plan, which provides the recommended selection of qualified investments from the universe of more than 18,000 available funds. Once the funds have been selected, RetireTool(k)it creates plan proposal and Investment Policy Statement (IPS).

Once the funds have been selected for the plan, RetireTool(k)it provides automatic quarterly monitoring reports consistent with the criteria established in the IPS. Lastly, and due to Matrix’s relationships with independent recordkeepers, RetireTool(k)it provides an annual plan review that summarizes both plan and participant level data as well as fund performance data in a professionally, privately labeled and customized bound report that has historically been unavailable in an open architecture environment—until now.
